Role Summary:

The primary function of this position is to manage and support the recruitment calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling through careful analysis and coordination of group sponsor dates in line with established timelines. This role involves utilizing metrics and data analysis to effectively meet both account and organizational objectives. Maintaining clear communication regarding scheduled recruitment events and assisting in the upkeep of quality account and drive information is essential.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel and Windows-based software.
  • Ability to manage spreadsheets and numerical data effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a proactive scheduling process to enhance the efficiency of the Donor Recruitment Software. Key initiatives include:
    • Conducting weekly data reviews with Recruitment and Collections Management to ensure accuracy.
    • Performing monthly assessments of drives that deviate from standard re-booking practices, especially those that may exceed staffing or equipment capacities.
    • Reporting to the Director of Recruitment and Sub-Center Executive Directors regarding accounts that have historically underperformed.
    • Establishing and managing a notification and conflict resolution process for accounts and recruiters.
  • Facilitate the sharing of staff across multiple collection operations for events and larger drives, prioritizing organizational efficiency and a positive donor experience.
    • This includes a structured approach to sharing automated equipment and vehicles, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits of Data Software to maintain data integrity, identifying and rectifying missing or incorrect information.
  • Assist in the development and management of staff constraints to support scheduling efforts, ensuring accountability in constraint usage.
  • Evaluate the relevance of available Software upgrades and make recommendations to management.
  • Apply notes, banners, and constraints to the calendar for events pertinent to scheduling.
  • Support monthly goal reconciliation and verification, as well as accurate input for annual budget goals.
