Job Title: Galaxy Park Guest Services Representative

AEG Worldwide Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Galaxy Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor entry to the venue, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Process POS transactions, including selling merchandise and beverages, and assist with program registration and field rentals.
  • Maintain knowledge of facility protocols, reporting any injuries or unsafe areas to supervisors.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment, including Futsal Courts, Pickleball Courts, Padel Courts, Event Spaces, and Common Areas.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment and have working knowledge of computer operations, including MS Office and other business systems.
  • Must be able to stand consistently for a minimum of 6 hours and withstand various weather elements.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends, and be available to work holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
Pay Scale:

$18.50 per hour.
