Job Summary

The Shuttle Driver is a key member of our team at Towne Park, responsible for providing exceptional transportation services to our guests. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our guests arrive at their destinations safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Transport guests to and from the hotel, hospital, or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick-up during guest arrival and departure.
  • Maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs.
  • Operate a vehicle that seats sixteen people or more, including the driver.
  • Inspect the exterior and interior of the vehicle at the beginning of each shift to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Monitor vehicle condition and record any malfunctioning items or damage.
  • Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
  • Assist patrons with entering and exiting the vehicle, and use specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement issued by the state in which the associate will be performing shuttle driver services.
  • At least three years of commercial driving experience or nine (9) years of driving experience as a licensed driver.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission.
  • Ability to read and write standard English language.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, location staff, and co-workers.

The Shuttle Driver will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a daily basis. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
