Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Five9. This role will provide workplace services and administrative support to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for our employees, vendors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Maintain physical space, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Manage work order requests, inventory, and supplies
  • Participate in emergency preparedness planning and response
  • Support vendor management, conference and meeting room management, and office supply management
  • Perform moves, adds, and changes, as well as furniture management and space reset
  • Provide backup support to the receptionist and monitor workplace communication channels
  • Manage badge access and physical security
  • Support employee snack and lunch programs
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic hand tool skills and ability to lift 25+ pounds
  • At least 2+ years of experience in facilities or workplace services
  • Collaborative, flexible, and professional attitude
  • Highly organized and meticulous with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Zoom, and Slack
