Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at EAH Housing. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our facilities management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate offices and assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistic plans for regional facility special projects and execute plans effectively.
  • Oversee facilities vendors, including capital projects, preventative maintenance, cleaning equipment, and safety and security of corporate buildings.
  • Assist with the process of opening new properties or taking over acquired properties, ensuring operational goals are met.
  • Solicit proposals, prepare EAH Work Authorizations, inspect completed work, and review and approve invoices within authorized limits.
  • Update capital improvement paperwork, review bid packages, and ensure execution of company-approved contracts.
  • Oversee vendor contract administration, including scope of work, request for proposals, bids, deliverables, and evaluation of vendor performance.
  • Lead implementation of EAH's environmental sustainability initiative.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain best possible pricing for goods and services.
  • Manage RMIS program, including new property setup and Resident Manager training.
  • Develop individualized emergency plans for each Corporate office and assigned EAH properties.
  • Oversee tracking of solar PV system performance, coordinate Sunrun and Resident Managers, and review roof warranty and related issues.
  • Participate in and coordinate plan assessments, site visits, safety meetings, and warranty documentation, including SOMAH program with Sunrun.
  • Oversee Energy Star Portfolio Manager accounts and set up and manage access utility web portals.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in facilities management, building maintenance, HVAC, and electrical issues.
  • 5 years' experience in project management, logistics, negotiating with vendors to obtain competitive pricing or property management.
  • Valid driver's license and DMV clearance.
  • Access to reliable vehicle and maintenance of own auto insurance in accordance with EAH minimum requirements.
