Role Summary:The Facilities Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in the execution of services necessary for the operation and upkeep of designated properties, which includes customer service, financial oversight, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:- Site and Vendor Oversight: Administer the site in alignment with established policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing vendors for maintenance tasks including janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, critical systems, HVAC, and other services as required.
- Project Support: Aid the Facility Manager in executing both short-term and long-term projects for clients.
- Supplier Utilization: Optimize the use of suppliers and preferred vendors, ensuring a focus on Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong teamwork within service lines to effectively complete small projects.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce company policies and safety protocols, ensuring adherence to local regulations and operational standards.
Proactively cultivate and manage client relationships to ensure service level expectations are met. Strive for high client satisfaction through the delivery of Facility Management services and monitor feedback for continuous improvement.
Financial Management:- Assist in achieving financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing monthly expenditure reports.
- Manage vendor purchase orders and payments.
- Contribute to the development of the annual capital plan for each property.
Lead and mentor a professional, dynamic team in delivering exceptional services. Ensure effective onboarding, training, and team-building initiatives are in place.
Qualifications:- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management or related fields within a corporate environment.
- Proficient in various information technology tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
This position is based on-site and may require flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
Compensation:The estimated total compensation for this role ranges from $67,500 to $72,200 annually, inclusive of potential bonuses.
