We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented College Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facility usage, maintaining detailed records, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate facility usage and scheduling for campus events and activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of facility usage and update facilities database
- Collect and process indemnification and insurance forms from external facility users
- Prepare and send billing notices and invoices for facility usage
- Assist with classroom scheduling and event planning
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event execution
- Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Two years of experience in facilities administration, accounting, or public administration
- Valid California Class C Driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Working knowledge of facility management application FUSION
- Bilingual abilities
