Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule conference rooms and office events
  • Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Coordinate with vendors and caterers to ensure seamless office operations
  • Restock kitchen and snack areas to maintain a comfortable work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities or administrative services
