Compensation: $100,000 per year (hourly basis)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7 AM to 4 PM

The role of the Facilities Operations Coordinator encompasses the administration of maintenance management systems, reporting, and providing support for a diverse retail portfolio. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Facilities Management team to oversee daily operations related to facility maintenance, which involves creating, managing, and verifying work orders, as well as coordinating with maintenance technicians and external service providers.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) effectively, while identifying opportunities for service delivery enhancements.
  • Conducting daily reviews of work orders to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with customers, technicians, and vendors for efficient operations.
  • Engaging with vendors to provide necessary guidance and ensure seamless execution of tasks with minimal disruption.
  • Managing operational risks to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Upholding the integrity of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensuring proper usage to meet both internal and client objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in facilities management and managing CMMS/work order applications.
  • Strong understanding of building maintenance and mechanical systems, with collaboration alongside engineering teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering an outstanding experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
