At VIP Staffing, we're looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for sales professionals who want to take their skills to the next level and drive business growth.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves executing outside sales activities to meet our sales goals and objectives. You'll be responsible for planning and executing sales activities, processing proposals and contracts, pursuing ongoing training, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillset. If you have a BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in sales or design within security, electrical, or related fields, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Process proposals and contracts efficiently, keeping key personnel informed.
  • Pursue ongoing training and stay updated on industry trends to enhance your skills.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and meet sales goals, adhering to pricing structures and credit policies.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $35,000 per year.
Working Conditions
  • Mondays through Fridays, 8 am to 5 pm.
