SBA Business Development Representative

Exceptional Opportunity for a Seasoned SBA Lending Professional
We are seeking an experienced SBA Business Development Officer to join our team at Management Recruiters International.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategies to originate SBA loans in assigned local markets.
- Build and maintain a strong referral network with commercial real estate brokers, business brokers, associations, accountants, lawyers, and other relevant professionals to solicit SBA loan opportunities.
- Present the bank's loan capabilities and services to clients.
- Analyze client needs and structure SBA loan proposals, complete initial underwriting, and prepare credit packages.
- Drive sales growth and success in assigned territories.
- Manage the entire sales life cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services.
- 3+ years of experience in SBA 7a & 504 lending or selling business-related financial services products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of underwriting and commercial credit evaluation.
- A well-established network of contacts in the local market.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
