We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Manager to join our team at Alkermes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative products in the New Mexico territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or biotech sales and possess strong analytical, strategic, and influencing skills. You will utilize your knowledge of our products and disease states to educate healthcare providers and drive sales growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products, related disease states, and market trends
  • Utilize approved sales aids, studies, and reprints to communicate effectively with targeted healthcare providers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the New Mexico territory, including identifying and calling on key healthcare providers
  • Cultivate relationships with District Business Leaders, Marketing teams, and other stakeholders to stay informed about product updates and market developments
  • Exercise fiscal control over operational expenses, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Requirements include a BA/BS degree, 2+ years of successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, and the ability to live within the geography of responsibility. A valid driver's license is also required. Additional qualifications include 5+ years of experience, specialty sales expertise, and demonstrated organizational and administrative skills.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
