Sales Enablement Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Lead to join our team at Multiplier. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll play a critical role in empowering our sales teams to excel in both inbound and outbound sales.
About the OpportunityIn this role, you'll partner with sales leadership to develop and execute sales enablement strategies that drive business impact. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and PMM, to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that drive business impact
- Partner with sales leadership to create recommendations for driving sales success
- Consult with leaders to assess and analyze learning needs based on current and future strategic plans
- Measure and evaluate the ROI of sales enablement programs
- Manage stakeholders and build relationships to drive sales enablement initiatives
- Identify gaps in centralized programs and develop learning programs to close these gaps
- Collaborate with sales enablement colleagues across regions to ensure global scalability and local relevance
- 4+ years of experience in enablement roles, ideally within the HR tech industry
- 3+ years of sales experience, or strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and sales best practices
- Strong understanding of EOR and PEO services is highly preferred
- Demonstrated capabilities in strategic thinking, program management, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present to a variety of audiences
