Position: Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote with Hybrid Schedule
Contract Duration: 12 months
Compensation: $22/hr. - $28/hr. based on experience
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm EST)
Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, you will join a dynamic and skilled team dedicated to enhancing the recruitment process and collaborating with HR partners to improve the experience for both recruiters and candidates. The successful candidate will oversee communication across various internal and external channels, provide system administration support, conduct testing and troubleshooting for HR systems, and assist in the development of effective training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize testing environments to conduct User Acceptance Testing and resolve issues related to the HR system.
- Create and update instructional materials to guide recruiters through system processes.
- Contribute as a team member in agile project groups to improve the HR system experience.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries directed to recruitment support mailboxes.
- Deliver accurate and timely responses to a variety of inquiries.
- Conduct audits and support team initiatives.
- Engage with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to troubleshoot system issues and provide guidance.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize effective communication strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and adaptability.
- Assist management in identifying and implementing strategies for process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR operations.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of experience in system administration.
- More than 2 years of experience with HR systems.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- 2 years of experience in process management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
