Key Responsibilities- Grow sales and deliver forecasted results by focusing on end-users and developing solid working relationships with contractors, specifiers, distributors, and key business influencers.
- Introduce, demonstrate, and promote current and new products through hands-on product demonstrations, marketing presentations, and professional product displays.
- Drive lead generation through jobsite visits, specifications, and cold calls.
- Update CRM systems daily and contribute to key customer and prospect relationships.
- Develop field action plans, sales strategies, and deliver territory budget.
- Investigate, document, and report all complaints and claims for service in the territory and coordinate with the Technical Service Division.
- Minimum 5 years outside sales experience with proven success.
- Extensive experience with Flooring Installation Systems, including wood flooring adhesives, resilient adhesives, and subfloor preparation in commercial and residential applications.
- Ability to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package and Salesforce CRM.
- Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements.
- High level of personal motivation and strong business integrity.
- Adaptability to relate to and interact with customers and business influencers.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willing to travel up to posted geographic amount, with some overnight stays.
- Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) highly desirable.
