Job Title: Regional Accounts Manager

Our client, a leading dairy products company, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Accounts Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to exceed annual sales goals, identifying and meeting with key decision-makers, and securing business with large dairies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to exceed annual sales goals
  • Identify and meet with key decision-makers and influential sales personnel
  • Focus sales efforts on the MSGAN market to secure business with large dairies
  • Develop positive relationships with key dairy technical influencers
  • Lead and communicate customer and prospect information to MSGAN stakeholders
  • Direct and support presentation and promotional materials
  • Communicate competitor activities and industry directions to the MSGAN Team and Management
  • Coordinate with the MSGAN Customer Satisfaction Team to resolve product and service issues
Critical Requirements:
  • University degree required, with preference given to relevant fields
  • Appropriate full-time work experience mandatory
  • Recent experience in the dairy products industry strongly preferred
  • Preference given to candidates with recent experience as sales manager
