Regional Sales Manager

Ruhrpumpen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individual business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Provide a single point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer and territory forecasts, budgets, and cost control.
- Negotiate orders and agreements with customers, ensuring technical, commercial, and legal terms and conditions are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and customer support, with a focus on pump products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
- Commercial experience within the O&G and other industries, with a strong understanding of end-user sales and distribution sales.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to customers at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer support principles, with the ability to develop and execute individual business plans.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to management.
