Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Promethean Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in your designated region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Manage a team of sales managers to execute the sales strategy and build a pipeline of opportunities
- Support and develop Sales Account Executives to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and develop strategies to address them
- Grow sales prospects and new opportunities with new and current customers in the region
- Articulate the Promethean value proposition and demonstrate the benefits of our solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including pipeline and lead management
- Ensure the sales team strategy is executed through the development of organizational plans and policies
- 8+ years of selling experience in the education or technology markets
- 3+ years of experience in people management and employee development
- Experience selling complex solutions
- Knowledge of the education market
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Travel and overnight stays required
