About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Promethean Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Manage a team of sales managers to execute the sales strategy and build a pipeline of opportunities
  • Support and develop Sales Account Executives to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and develop strategies to address them
  • Grow sales prospects and new opportunities with new and current customers in the region
  • Articulate the Promethean value proposition and demonstrate the benefits of our solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including pipeline and lead management
  • Ensure the sales team strategy is executed through the development of organizational plans and policies
Requirements
  • 8+ years of selling experience in the education or technology markets
  • 3+ years of experience in people management and employee development
  • Experience selling complex solutions
  • Knowledge of the education market
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Travel and overnight stays required
