Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Sell new waste management solutions to targeted new accounts and existing Bigbelly customers within the assigned geography. This is an individual contributor role, not a team manager position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically sell the Bigbelly solution across a 6–12-month sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth.
  • Travel approximately 40% within the regional territory to meet with customers and prospects.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales/account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with sales-related software.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team setting.
  • Prior experience selling to municipalities and universities is a plus.
  • Positive, determined, and winning attitude.
  • Prior sales skills training and experience with IOT, SaaS, and capital sales.
