Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is a leadership role that oversees a team of Territory Sales Representatives in the New York City region. The RSM is responsible for motivating team members to exceed sales goals and achieve revenue targets while growing relationships with top accounts in the region.

The region includes New York City and surrounding areas, such as Long Island, Philadelphia, parts of Connecticut, and New Jersey.

This role requires frequent travel to meet with customers and team members, with occasional work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional TSR team in growing customer relationships and achieving revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage a regional business plan for the team.
  • Conduct weekly individual meetings with TSRs for training and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top accounts in the region.
  • Coach TSRs to refine selling and technical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales leadership or similar roles within the veterinary or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a successful team.
  • Strong coaching mindset and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel in the region and attend national events.
