Agricultural Finance Relationship Manager

Rabobank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in the Agricultural Finance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on agricultural lending solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales targets and grow the portfolio of agricultural lending clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events
- Provide expert advice on agricultural lending solutions, including loan structuring, risk management, and financial analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit analysts, risk managers, and product specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of lending solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal business performance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or agriculture
- 7+ years of experience in agricultural finance, lending, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or relationship management
- Strong knowledge of agricultural lending products, risk management, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
