Job Overview

Successful candidates will enter our 3-year Financial Analyst Rotation Management program, known as F.A.R.M..

This rotation initiative is designed to guide talented financial professionals through critical growth sectors, including Audit, Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, and Finance Support over three annual rotations.

Upon completion of this program, participants will gain comprehensive exposure to the entire Finance function, alongside targeted leadership and functional development.

Engage in real-world experience through dynamic projects assigned by your mentor and department
Present insights and outcomes to senior leaders periodically
Experience a blend of in-person and virtual interactions
Receive relocation assistance for each rotation
Benefit from ongoing guidance and feedback from your assigned mentor throughout the program
Network and collaborate with peers, departmental colleagues, leaders, and other Lamb Weston employees

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Lamb Weston Finance Team with various projects related to the Finance function. Learn to collaborate effectively within the Finance team to gather and analyze data, monitor information, and support the organization or clients.

Key Duties

Skilled mentors will be assigned for the duration of the program.

Work experience will revolve around projects, with responsibilities that may include but are not limited to:

Internal Audit: Develop a process and controls mindset by starting in our Internal Audit team. Enhance business writing and presentation skills while presenting findings to senior leaders. Review processes and controls, offering recommendations for risk management and continuous improvement. Gain a holistic understanding of our business and processes through audits and hands-on experience.
Plant Finance: Discover how we produce our world-class fries and understand the workings of a supply chain. Gain practical experience and learn the significance of financial applications in managing cost drivers. Support local analytics, financial reporting, and insights to add value to site leadership.
Business Partner Finance: Act as a valued finance partner to our business functions. Apply financial principles to business strategies to achieve company objectives.
Corporate Finance: Experience a technical role within one of our Finance Support Functions.

Gain exposure to treasury, strategy, accounting, or FP&A as you delve into a support role for the broader finance team.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Demonstrated academic success (minimum 3.0 GPA)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Basic understanding of general business concepts
Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel
Aptitude for navigating ambiguity and change
Capability to cultivate strong relationships with internal customers and colleagues

Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience, and expertise.

A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor.

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is:
$54,000 - $81,190.00
