- Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, working closely with the project superintendent to ensure timely completion.
- Preconstruction and Estimating: Support preconstruction efforts, including scope and bid package review, trade partner buy-out, and ongoing cost management.
- Business Development and Marketing: Assist with targeted business development and marketing strategies, assuming a key role in the SOQ and project interview process.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience, including managing projects with budgets ranging from $20m to $75m.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to create and support positive team health and morale, strong decision-making and complex problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft products and Procore.
- Desired Attributes: Self-starter, results-oriented individual with a sense of urgency, highly organized and detail-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Salary Range: $95,000 to $130,000.
- Annual Discretionary Bonus: Based on company and individual performance.
- Vehicle Allowance: Provided.
