Role Overview:

As the IT Product Owner for G&A Finance solutions, you will spearhead the delivery of pivotal projects that propel our company's growth trajectory. Your role will be centered around fostering cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with business operations and leadership teams. You will serve as a key leader, dedicated to cultivating and managing consultative relationships with business stakeholders. Additionally, you will act as a hands-on subject matter expert, adept at influencing diverse stakeholders to implement technological solutions for intricate business challenges. Your holistic evaluation approach will ensure that objectives, impacts, best practices, and scalability are all considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute leadership insights, methodologies, and vision to various business functions; engage with teams to thoroughly understand their challenges and offer timely solution ideas.
  • Collaborate with business owners to meticulously define business requirements and stories, ensuring clarity and facilitating predictable agile delivery.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Business Applications Finance, prioritize the product backlog, and work with engineering teams to realize the roadmap using agile methodologies.
  • Engage with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to clarify business needs and system objectives.
  • Guide and mentor a team of self-motivated business analysts and product managers to deliver across the portfolio.
  • Maintain a contemporary applications portfolio while staying attuned to industry trends to support ongoing business evolution.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Intapp's customer base and their requirements.
  • Establish success metrics and ensure the necessary reporting and monitoring capabilities are in place to track these metrics.
  • Work closely with business teams to comprehend current and future needs; propose solutions and alternatives to transform business processes through technology.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years in Product Management, Business Engagement, and Program Delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry-standard SaaS applications, including NetSuite, Billing Applications, Open Air, and familiarity with end-to-end finance integrations with upstream and downstream systems such as CRM (Salesforce), Planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.), Integration platforms (Boomi), and Data warehouse/reporting tools.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn and understand new technologies.
  • Customer-centric, capable of segmenting customer needs based on differentiators such as geography, market segment, and regulatory requirements, and developing product features to meet those needs.
  • Willing to take calculated risks, embrace failure as a learning opportunity, and act decisively.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
