Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a contract position requiring in-office attendance three days a week. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Successful candidates will possess a strong customer service orientation, a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and a proactive approach to enhancing or streamlining processes. Collaborating closely with our recruitment team to provide a candidate-focused hiring journey demands keen judgment and meticulous attention to detail, essential for supporting our expanding Software & Services division. A high-touch, premium service approach is essential.
- Coordinate intricate interview schedules while ensuring exemplary candidate care.
- Handle scheduling conflicts and adjustments for both candidates and interview panels.
- Guide Recruiters and stakeholders on optimal use of interview scheduling platforms.
- Deliver exceptional candidate support, ensuring prompt and precise feedback for all inquiries from Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Partners.
- Welcome candidates in person and provide on-site interview assistance.
- Oversee background checks and drug screenings during the pre-employment phase, offering status updates and escalations as necessary to guarantee timely onboarding.
- Maintain candidate tracking systems in accordance with the Applicant Tracking System and pre-employment outcomes.
- Communicate any challenges encountered during the recruitment, interview, and pre-employment processes to the recruiting team.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to swiftly adapt to new processes and recruitment technologies
- Outstanding verbal and written customer service skills
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a recruitment support role, including complex interview scheduling and background check management
