Job Summary

Cedent Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Information Technology and Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our non-Finance G&A applications and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Management: Manage the day-to-day running of all non-Finance G&A IT applications, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors conducting work on application support and assigned projects, ensuring their deliverables are provided in a timely and quality manner.
  • Incident Management: Report, process, and resolve any incidents for G&A systems reported by end users in accordance with Cedent Consulting Inc standard processes.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple global projects that comprise of internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • System Development: Work collaboratively with IT teams, internal business partners, and external vendors to identify, understand, implement, and support new business capabilities.
  • Data Architecture: Develop, document, and maintain system's data architecture and integrations for G&A systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process and/or system changes that improve the effectiveness of business areas.
  • System Ownership: Collaborate with other system owners, Cedent Consulting Inc HR, Legal/Compliance, and other functions to ensure systems are operating as expected and are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and Cedent Consulting Inc ITOP's.
  • Investment Proposals: Develop gap analysis, investment proposals, and system roadmaps for G&A systems.
  • Change Management: Coordinate the implementation of patches/upgrades, ensuring minimal impact to ongoing projects and resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in science, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience working in support of enterprise-wide systems in a business analyst and/or technical role, with project management, implementation, and operations support experience.
  • Certifications: Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2).
  • Skills: Understanding and demonstrated experience of G&A systems and processes, including HR, Legal, and Corporate Compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of HR solutions such as Workday, and FieldGlass. Knowledge of Legal Contract management solutions.
  • Leadership: Proven experience of building and supporting integrations between G&A systems. Previous experience as System Owner of G&A systems.
  • Communication: Ability to manage multiple programs or projects without direct authority in a consultative, collaborative, and team-oriented style.
