  • Collaborate closely with software teams to enhance agile development processes.
  • Act as Scrum Master for multiple development teams, ensuring effective practices are upheld.

  • Identify potential risks and facilitate trade-offs for the agile product development teams.
  • Communicate project progress, escalations, and issue analyses to stakeholders.
  • Work with management and partners to propose and implement enhancements to products, processes, and business practices to resolve challenges and boost outcomes.
  • Explore and recommend solutions related to our products and their development.
  • Champion innovation and the integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into ongoing projects.
  • Support team learning and adaptation based on insights gained.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 3 years in program management or as a Scrum Master.
  • Extensive experience with project planning tools for managing and tracking project outcomes, with a preference for ADO or Jira.
  • Proven business acumen and a successful track record in managing all facets of programs, including effective communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to clearly articulate program plans, proposals, and results, and to negotiate options at senior management levels.
  • Experience in managing external vendors is preferred.
  • A strong desire to learn and a drive to translate knowledge into business value.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM) is preferred.
  • PMP/PMI certification is preferred.
