Position Overview:

As the IT Product Owner for G&A Finance solutions, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company's key initiatives aimed at fostering robust top-line growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute leadership insights, methodologies, and vision to each business function; collaborate with teams to fully understand their challenges and offer real-time solution ideas.
  • Partner with business owners to thoroughly articulate business requirements and user stories, ensuring clarity and predictable agile delivery through well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and implement the multi-year roadmap for Business Applications Finance, prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate with engineering teams to execute the roadmap using agile methodologies.
  • Engage with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to ascertain business needs, requirements, and system objectives.
  • Mentor and guide a team of proactive business analysts and product managers to achieve portfolio delivery.
  • Maintain a contemporary applications portfolio while staying informed about industry trends to support continuous business evolution.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Intapp's customer base and their unique needs.
  • Establish success metrics and ensure the development of necessary reporting and monitoring capabilities to track these metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to comprehend current and future requirements; propose solutions and alternatives to transform business processes through technology.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years in Product Management, Business Engagement, and Program Delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry-standard SaaS applications, including NetSuite, Billing Applications, Open Air, and familiarity with end-to-end finance integrations with systems such as CRM (Salesforce), Planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.), Integration platforms (Boomi), and Data warehouse/reporting tools.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new technologies.
  • Customer-centric mindset, capable of segmenting customer needs based on various differentiators and developing product features to address them.
  • Willingness to take risks, embrace challenges, and learn from failures.
  • Proactive and action-oriented.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
