Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute strategic insights, methodologies, and vision to all business functions; collaborate with teams to thoroughly understand their challenges and proactively propose real-time solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to meticulously define business requirements and narratives, along with acceptance criteria that eliminate ambiguity and ensure reliable agile delivery.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Business Applications Finance, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate with engineering teams to realize the roadmap using agile methodologies.
  • Engage with decision-makers, system owners, and end-users to ascertain business needs, requirements, and system objectives.
  • Guide and mentor a team of proactive business analysts and product managers to achieve results across the portfolio.
  • Maintain a contemporary applications portfolio while staying attuned to industry trends, focusing on continuous business evolution.
  • Acquire a profound understanding of Intapp's customer base and their specific needs.
  • Establish success metrics and ensure the development of necessary reporting and monitoring capabilities to track these metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to grasp current and future requirements; propose solutions and alternatives to transform business processes through technology.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years in Product Management, Business Engagement, and Program Delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry-standard SaaS applications such as NetSuite, Billing Applications, Open Air, and familiarity with end-to-end finance integrations with other systems like CRM (Salesforce), Planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.), Integration platforms (Boomi), and Data warehousing/reporting tools.
  • Adaptable and open to learning and understanding new technologies.
  • Customer-centric mindset, capable of segmenting customer needs based on factors like geography, market segment, and regulatory requirements, and developing product features to meet those needs.
  • Willingness to take calculated risks, embrace rapid learning from failures, and demonstrate a bias for action.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
