Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative will join a comprehensive sales training program tailored for professionals looking to pursue a career in Staffing sales at Piper Companies. The goal of the program is to empower sales experts to unleash their full potential in the Staffing Industry by acquiring the necessary skills, best practices, and tools to advance their sales careers. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business development, engaging with prospects, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering a wide range of staffing services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruiting activities, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, securing referrals, presenting profiles to clients, preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating salaries, verifying references, and handling onboarding paperwork.
  • Drive customer acquisition and business growth through prospecting, client meetings, cold/warm calls, and networking.
  • Market and negotiate terms for Piper's staffing services with existing and potential clients.
  • Portray Piper professionally as the primary point of contact for current and prospective clients.
  • Foster and expand relationships with key industry connections.
  • Effectively manage and allocate recruiting team resources based on priority requirements.
  • Maintain consistent levels of business development activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in fields such as staffing sales, account management, business development, sales, consulting, managed services, or customer service.
  • Strong skills in process management, multitasking, time management, networking, problem-solving, and organization.
  • Interest in working in a performance-driven environment with unlimited growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Reporting Structure:

The Sales Development Representative will report to the Director of Operations.
