Sales Representative

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, setting and exceeding sales quotas, and understanding the needs of prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Sales Quotas: Set and exceed sales targets to drive business growth.
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to maximize outcomes and drive business success.
- CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software to manage client relationships and sales data.
- Goal Setting: Demonstrate ability to set and achieve goals to drive business success.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Education: College degree (2-year minimum)
- Experience: 1-year minimum of B2B sales experience
- Skills: Self-driven individual with strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the facilities management industry and ability to understand client needs
