Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property management firms, apartment communities, insurance agents, adjusters, real estate personnel, and other key stakeholders.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our restoration services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in restoration or a related industry.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
