The Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive will be instrumental in enhancing OneMagnify's market presence. Their objective will be to showcase the value of OneMagnify's offerings, cultivate positive relationships with clients and prospects, and drive success measured in sales, revenue, and closed contracts. They will play a pivotal role in establishing our new logo sales initiatives.
About You:
- Proven track record in solution selling within the agency, marketing, and data analytics sectors.
- A natural connector and exceptional communicator with the capability to simplify complex concepts into core ideas, themes, insights, and recommendations.
- Relentless drive to identify new business opportunities, encompassing thorough account and territory mapping to uncover revenue-maximizing areas.
- Outstanding verbal, written communication, and presentation skills with a high emotional intelligence in relation to the business development cycle.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Prospect, Discover, Negotiate, Sell, and Close Deals.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into OneMagnify clients.
- Generate sales by managing all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Enhance prospect/client relationships across all business levels.
- Research and develop strategic sales plans for enterprise business.
- Create formal proposals and present them to potential clients.
- Report on the status of sales processes both directly and through our CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, delivery, and marketing to secure new clients.
- Deliver exceptional levels of prospect and customer relationship management, satisfaction, and engagement.
- Enhance professional and technical knowledge of all services and solutions.
- BA/BS in Business or a related field; MBA/MA/MS preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in successful enterprise sales.
- Experience in sourcing and closing deals in marketing, agency, technology, and analytics.
- Preferred experience in General Industrials and Transportation and Logistics sectors.
- Highly proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.
- Experience in selling SaaS, technical services, and marketing services is essential.
- A proven history of establishing scalable processes, cadences, and playbooks.
