Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a seasoned and innovative CFO to lead Bryant Bureau's financial strategy and growth. This crucial position requires the development and implementation of financial plans, management of essential financial operations, and close collaboration with the executive team to influence the organization's future direction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a vital member of the Executive Team, providing strategic insights to improve overall business performance across various functions.
  • Formulate, enhance, and execute detailed business strategies to ensure long-term and profitable growth, aligning with stakeholder interests.
  • Offer mentorship and support to department leaders to meet financial targets and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including banking relationships, cash flow optimization, and investment management.
  • Provide informed recommendations on capital structure, allocation strategies, and financing requirements to meet business objectives.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and objectives across departments to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Lead the capital budgeting process and ensure effective job cost accounting practices.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within the organization to improve operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
  • Support the company's mergers and acquisitions activities with financial analysis, due diligence, and integration efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required; MBA and/or CPA/CMA/CGMA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a proven history of success in senior leadership roles.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with privately held small to medium-sized enterprises is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial analysis methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with modern digital tools such as robotic process automation and artificial intelligence is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to varied audiences.
  • Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, with the capacity to accurately model financial decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Self-driven and resourceful, with a commitment to fostering positive change and achieving excellence.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork in a high-performance setting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics D365, with prior implementation experience considered a significant advantage.
