Job Overview
The role entails managing sales activities in the Lombardia and Emilia Romagna regions, fostering relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Achieving annual sales objectives within the designated territory in alignment with the company's growth strategy and core offerings.
- Conducting regular visits to clients to enhance sales by communicating information regarding the company's products, solutions, and value proposition.
- Identifying customer needs and expectations, assisting in finding suitable solutions from the company's product range.
- Collaborating with the Tender Office to engage in public tenders.
- Working alongside Customer Service to provide optimal support to clients.
- Sharing insights with Technical Services.
- Participating in public tender sessions and gathering intelligence on competitors.
- Serving as the primary contact for post-sales inquiries.
- Attending internal sales and marketing meetings as well as customer congresses.
- Monitoring sales trends and outcomes, generating precise reports.
Qualifications
- Degree in Biology, Natural Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field.
- A few years of demonstrated success in Sales and/or Marketing within the Medical/Laboratory sector.
- Familiarity with Molecular Diagnostics is advantageous.
Preferred qualifications include fluency in English and:
- Proven sales expertise in the IVD/Medical domain, with strategic and complex selling capabilities to various stakeholders, along with negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the Italian Public Health Tender system.
- Strong customer engagement and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in basic IT tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems.
Effective presentation skills for users and the public, with the ability to train technical staff.
