As a key member of our National Accounts Team, you will be responsible for executing regular customer processes, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assemble data from multiple sources, perform analyses using defined logic, and produce reports to distribute internally and to customers.
  • Process Execution and Improvement: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly processes, identify errors, and recommend improvements to current approaches.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal business functions, including buyers, demand planners, category managers, and external business partners to resolve issues and drive business growth.
  • Problem-Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Conduct investigations and root cause analyses to identify and resolve issues that may impact business performance.
  • Business Process Improvement: Research and recommend improvements to current business processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years in a field or related analytical role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, strong written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, and attention to detail.
