Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assemble data from multiple sources, perform analyses using defined logic, and produce reports to distribute internally and to customers.
- Process Execution and Improvement: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly processes, identify errors, and recommend improvements to current approaches.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal business functions, including buyers, demand planners, category managers, and external business partners to resolve issues and drive business growth.
- Problem-Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Conduct investigations and root cause analyses to identify and resolve issues that may impact business performance.
- Business Process Improvement: Research and recommend improvements to current business processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with customer needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3+ years in a field or related analytical role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, strong written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, and attention to detail.
