About the Role

Endeavor Air, a leading regional airline, is seeking a highly skilled Flight Training Instructor to join our team. As a Flight Training Instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training to our pilots, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for pilots, including initial, upgrade, and recurrent training.
  • Prepare and present training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and simulations.
  • Conduct training sessions in a flight simulator environment, providing hands-on instruction and feedback to pilots.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and training staff to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including pilot performance and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in flight training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as aviation, education, or a related field.
  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Second-in-Command (SIC) in a transport category aircraft.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pilots and other training staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Parts 61, 91, and 121.
