Overview:
The Simulator Instructors on the Non-Seniority List are responsible for preparing and delivering initial, upgrade, continuing qualification, and requalification training for pilots. This role involves assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of training using Flight Training Devices (FTD) and simulators.

Responsibilities:
- Lead pilots through training sessions with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Stay updated on company policies, industry standards, government regulations, and related materials.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and collaborate with management, instructors, and check airmen to ensure consistency.
- Maintain precise and accurate training records and documentation.
- Work in a standard office setting as well as in full-motion flight simulators.
- Ensure that simulators and training facilities are kept clean and organized.
- Keep manuals and publications current.
- Be prepared for extended periods of sitting and occasional teaching activities around aircraft equipment in hangars or on the airport ramp, which may present hazards and noise.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) in a transport category aircraft.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills.
- Ability to efficiently multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with FAR Parts 61, 91, and 121.
- CL65 type rating is preferred.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as PIC or SIC in a Part 121 Air Carrier and 2 years as a Part 121 Flight Training Instructor.
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical demands include pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Limited travel and potential for extended hotel stays.

Job Specifics:
- Compensation ranges from $500 to $700 per event, based on qualifications and experience.
- Completing 10 events per month qualifies for full-time status, with opportunities to work additional events for increased earnings.
