ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:

  • Customer Engagement: Rumble instructors possess a vibrant energy that fosters lasting relationships with clients.
  • Inspirational Leadership: To ensure client retention, instructors must keep participants motivated and engaged throughout each session.
  • Physical Preparedness: Instructors must maintain a high level of fitness, as the role involves significant physical activity, including demonstrating exercises.
  • Adaptive Problem-Solving: Instructors should offer modifications for clients with varying fitness levels.
  • Effective Communication: Clear and professional delivery of exercise instructions is crucial for client understanding and motivation.
  • Active Listening: Instructors must be attuned to the needs and dynamics of the class.
  • Efficient Time Management: Instructors should adeptly balance attention between boxing and strength training segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the choreography of Rumble classes, which includes instructing boxing techniques and strength exercises in line with Rumble standards.
  • Curating playlists featuring custom Rumble music to enhance the workout experience.
  • Observing clients during exercises, providing corrections to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Fostering a community of fitness enthusiasts by engaging with clients both online and in person.
  • Assisting in maintaining studio cleanliness after each session.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred: Completion of personal training and/or group fitness certifications.
  • Preferred: Experience in boxing.
  • Preferred: At least 6 months of experience in group fitness or personal training.

Compensation is competitive, starting at $50+ per class, with additional bonus opportunities.

*Candidates will be required to demonstrate their skills during an audition process.
