As a key member of our property management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our community of residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the property management company, including collecting rent, maintaining records, and addressing tenant concerns.
  • Collaborate with the community manager and leasing consultant to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and maintenance staff, ensuring a positive and supportive community environment.
  • Assist with tenant relations, including showing properties, conducting interviews, and explaining terms of occupancy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in property management.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate ranging from $23.00 to $27.00, based on experience.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of residential property management experience, or proven leasing agent experience with a willingness to step up to an assistant property manager role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Solid computer skills, including experience with Yardi Rentcafe or similar property management software, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and maintenance staff.
