  • Work with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine requirements, specifications, and supplier directives.
  • Oversee containment actions for non-conforming products, including product location identification, coordination with Build Reliability Engineers regarding potential flight risks, and root cause analysis.
  • Employ data-driven problem-solving techniques to lead cross-functional supplier quality investigations.
  • Establish metrics, gather and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities aimed at eliminating escapes, reducing scrap and rework, enhancing yield, and improving internal customer satisfaction.
  • Drive root cause analysis and guide operations in implementing corrective actions based on findings.
  • Maintain and enhance the Supply Chain MRB process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Coordinate failure resolution and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Collaborate within a team to formulate and manage strategies that enhance reliability, mitigate production risks, and capitalize on opportunities to improve quality and safety.
  • Conduct independent technical field evaluations and verifications of supplier capabilities and ongoing reliability.
  • Engage with various organizations to pinpoint improvement opportunities and lead, manage, and execute enhancement projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
