Position Summary: We are in search of a Senior Audit Analyst to conduct comprehensive invoice evaluations for a significant LNG mega project. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business and project controls, coupled with a deep understanding of industry standards applicable to invoice assessments. This role is pivotal in ensuring that project outcomes are achieved safely, cost-effectively, and in compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of safety within the workplace.
  • Deliver analytical support to project teams and operational facilities, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet project objectives.
  • Review and interpret contracts and related documents for various stakeholders.
  • Oversee specific segments of project invoicing and reporting for contractors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with a three-way match process during invoicing.
  • Conduct time versus clock analyses for contractors and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate commitments to ensure appropriate values are maintained and adjusted as necessary.
  • Utilize standard analytics tools, including PowerBI, for data interpretation.
  • Supervise Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely review and approval of invoices.
  • Apply industry standards in the assessment of labor, staffing plans, and equipment.
  • Contribute to cost mitigation strategies through innovative problem-solving.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business or cost management within major Oil & Gas Engineering and Construction projects, particularly in invoicing and accounts payable.
  • Experience in LNG Liquefaction or Combined Cycle Power Generation projects is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while adhering to project deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project-related software.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to summarize and prioritize information efficiently.
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours as required.
