Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support & Advisory
    • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing insights and proposing actionable plans.
    • Participate in executive meetings, assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management
    • Lead and coordinate special projects and initiatives, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion.
    • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Optimize internal processes to improve organizational efficiency, developing and implementing metrics for tracking performance.
    • Coordinate activities among various departments to promote cohesion and alignment.
  • Communication & Liaison
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders, drafting and reviewing communications on behalf of the executive team.
    • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, and partners.
  • Organizational Alignment
    • Ensure alignment of the organization's goals across all departments, facilitating effective collaboration and communication among teams.
    • Support the CEO in managing the company's culture and employee engagement.
  • Administrative Oversight
    • Oversee the executive calendar, schedule, and prioritize commitments, preparing briefing materials and reports for executive meetings.
    • Manage and mentor junior staff within the executive office, if applicable.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and strategic initiatives.
    • Experience working closely with C-suite executives is highly desirable.
  • Skills
    • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to navigate complex issues.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or G-Suite.
  • Traits & Competencies
    • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, with a proactive and resourceful approach to work.
    • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with outstanding interpersonal skills and the capability to effectively manage relationships with multiple executives and coordinate the efforts of diverse teams.
