Key Responsibilities- Assist with updating internal and external communication policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain social media relationships by engaging in discussions surrounding our content, products, and brand.
- Recommend new social media tools, sites, and apps to improve overall results and efficiency.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development of content and promotional ideas for social media platforms.
- Research and create presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and monitor invoices and financial reports.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling confidential information.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings and maintain records.
- Develop and update administrative systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
This is a temporary position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
