Marketing and Sales Assistant

ECI Management is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing and sales efforts by assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, collecting customer feedback, and conducting market research to better understand our target audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to meet company goals
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing and sales decisions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support the sales team in upselling products and services to meet company sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business
  • 0-3 years' experience in marketing and sales
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation
