Sales Account Manager Job Description

Venteon is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
