About the Role:

We are in search of a Senior HRBP to become an integral part of our dynamic People Operations team. As our organization expands rapidly, it is essential to rejuvenate our HR practices to effectively support the growth and success of our employees. Reporting directly to the VP of People Operations, you will manage critical aspects of the employee experience, including onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, and strategic initiatives.

Our company is developing the first AllCarTM super app designed to optimize every facet of car ownership – from insurance and buying/selling to registration, loans, safety, repairs, and parking – within a $2T market in the U.S. Since our inception in 2019, we have successfully launched multiple services, accumulated over 5 million customers, and achieved remarkable revenue growth.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with the VP of People Operations to strategize and implement various initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Advocate for our organizational culture through recognition programs, regular feedback sessions, and company-wide meetings to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Supervise the performance evaluation process, guiding managers in setting objectives and expectations, ensuring high standards for talent.
  • Work with executive leadership to enhance workplace relations, foster morale, and improve employee retention and engagement.
  • Address employee concerns with empathy and confidentiality, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards while maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR documentation.
  • Oversee all facets of the immigration process, including visa applications and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree in HR, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR or people operations, focusing on talent management and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
