About the Job

Cyfle is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Sales Rep to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving and sustaining business in equipment repairs or upgrades, and large complex solutions selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and business results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC solutions selling or commercial HVAC service background
  • Significant HVAC component, systems, and controls knowledge and experience
  • Commercial building construction or operations and maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Professional and polished approach, effective time management skills, and ability to work in an office and on the road
