Job Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct thorough assessments and investigations at project locations to collect essential information prior to initiating design activities.
  • Convert client specifications into Electronic Security System (ESS) designs. Provide technical insights in response to client queries.
  • Direct the design and execution of ESS solutions from initial concept through to final implementation.
  • Develop and configure security systems, including headend systems. Produce technical documentation, network schematics, and electrical specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to establish network architectures.
  • Work alongside CAD Developers to modify and update design drawings.
  • Ensure that project teams fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with established standards.
  • Supervise quality assurance and quality control on project documentation and deliverables.
  • Lead global installations, integrations, testing, and ongoing support.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance, with the capability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • 8-10 years of experience in designing solutions for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems (ACS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), and Video Management Systems (VMS).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position.
  • Familiarity with UL 2050 and ICD 705 compliance, as well as network infrastructure and architecture.
  • Proficient in various technologies pertinent to the role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Certification in DMP Programming and AMAG Symmetry is advantageous.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid Passport is required.
  • Up to 10% travel may be necessary, both within the continental U.S. and internationally.
