Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and investigations at project locations to collect essential data prior to initiating design processes.
- Interpret client needs and convert them into comprehensive Electronic Security System (ESS) designs. Provide detailed technical responses to client inquiries.
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of ESS solutions, ensuring alignment from initial concept through to final implementation.
- Design and configure advanced security systems, including headend systems. Develop technical documentation, network schematics, and electrical specifications.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to establish effective network topologies.
- Work alongside CAD Developers to facilitate necessary modifications and updates to design drawings.
- Ensure that project teams fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with established quality standards.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for project documentation and deliverables.
- Manage installations, integrations, testing, and global support activities.
- Possession of an active DoD Secret security clearance, with the capability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing solutions for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems (ACS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), and Video Management Systems (VMS).
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership capacity.
- Familiarity with UL 2050 and ICD 705 compliance, as well as network infrastructure and architecture.
- Proficient in various technologies pertinent to the role.
- Preferred certifications include DMP Programmer and AMAG Symmetry.
- Possession of an active passport.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, both within the continental United States and internationally.
- Primarily an office setting with occasional travel obligations.
